Program Agreement
Every term, in plain language.
Anyone who has used our moving services, holds a real estate license, or manages residential rental property can participate. You must be 18 or older and a US resident.
Your reward is based on your tier at the time the referred move completes — not when you submitted the referral. Tier upgrades apply to all future completions, not retroactively.
Payouts initiate automatically after the move completes and the 3-business-day cancellation window closes. ACH transfers clear in 1–2 business days. Checks are mailed within 5 business days.
If a qualifying move completes and you don't receive your payout within the stated window, we will pay the reward plus a $25 late fee — no dispute required from you.
You can leave the program any time. Pending rewards for already-completed moves will still be paid. You forfeit pending rewards only if you submit fraudulent referrals.
